OUR STORY.

Breno Donatti, founder of Winfield Street Coffee, grew up in the southern tip of Brazil, where food vendors selling this oversized smash burger with everything in it, called xis, are numerous.

Urban folklore has it that one of the first tourists from Brazil to visit America discovered the American hamburger and thought it needed... more. So they threw everything they could find in the pantry: tomatoes, corn, those weird little skinny fries, green peas... and mayo. (Brazilians put mayo on everything, even on their pizza.)

Now Breno is bringing this back to America, leveraging his Winfield locations to serve as pick up points for this "pop-up" style concept on select nights.

Because meat is a main focus of Brazilian cuisine, it couldn't be different here. TUDO will offer a variety of cuts of meat like filet mignon, chicken hearts, and Calabrese sausage to pair with the smash burger, and bring special cuts from time to time, like picanha and brisket.

The brand visuals were Inspired by the angst-driven art of the Brazilian underground;

Pixação or Pixo graffiti

A unique street art expression that pays homage to the working class and the anti-beautification movement in Brazil.
